The Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) and its Secretariat (BACSec), in cooperation with the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Administration (OVCA), would like to invite you or your company’s authorized representatives to the upcoming Suppliers’ Forum scheduled on 27 March 2024 (Wednesday) at 8:00 am – 12:00 nn at the UPLB BAC Secretariat Conference, Old Maquiling School Inc. Pedro R. Sandoval Avenue UPLB College, Laguna.
The forum aims to acquaint the suppliers regarding (1) the eligibility requirements of the Philippine Bidding Documents 6th Edition per 2016 Revised IRR of RA 9184; (2) the causes of bidders’ disqualification; and (3) other concerns of the suppliers. This will also serve as an opportunity for us to personally meet the suppliers of the University.

We would also like to request the submission of your updated Eligibility Documents upon attendance.
