I. Submission of Bids

• Health and safety protocols such as wearing a mask, social distancing, and washing of hands shall be followed upon the submission of bids.

II. Conduct of Procurement Activities

The BAC allows the participants to attend the prebid conference/bid opening, physically or via Zoom.
